We rented a house through Bjerre & Garcia Realty for over 2 years and had a great experience. Both Dave and Debbie were always very friendly and helpful. We have rented for many years and we were very pleased with how great they were as property managers. Ruth was great at replying quickly to any questions or concerns or repairs needed. She was thorough and easy to work with. We are thankful for the time we had in their rental property and would highly recommend them.
